Drink Mixture

Ingredients

  • 6 tsp of freshly ground flax
  • 2 tsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Red Cayenne Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder*
  • 1/16 tsp Black Pepper Powder*
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Amla Powder (Asian Indian Gooseberry)*
  • 4 oz Low Sodium Tomato Juice (Add more if needed)

Directions

  • Mix the following mixture throughly and drink every morning.
  • If you wish, you can reduce the ingredients in half and consume it twice a day (i.e. before breakfast and supper)
