6 tsp of freshly ground flax2 tsp Nutritional Yeast1 tsp Ginger Powder1/4 tsp Garlic Powder1/4 tsp Black Cumin1/2 tsp Red Cayenne Pepper Powder1/2 tsp Cumin Powder1 tsp Turmeric Powder*1/16 tsp Black Pepper Powder*2 tsp Vinegar1 tsp Amla Powder (Asian Indian Gooseberry)*4 oz Low Sodium Tomato Juice (Add more if needed)
Directions

Mix the following mixture throughly and drink every morning.If you wish, you can reduce the ingredients in half and consume it twice a day (i.e. before breakfast and supper)
