Directions

  • Avoid ALL animal products (-20%)
  • Walnuts (1 Handful) (-10%)
  • Drink 1 quart of alkaline water daily; (1 quart distilled water + 3/4 tsp of baking soda) (-10% in Men; -15% in Women)
  • 3 tsp Freshly Ground Flax seed daily (-10%)
  • Consume 8 servings of fully cooked beans (or lentils) daily (-10%)
