Directions

  • Walk 4 miles each day
  • Avoid ALL animal products
  • Drink 4 quarts (4 Liters) of water daily (At least 1 quart should be alkaline; 1 quart distilled water + 3/4 tsp of baking soda)
  • Consume 8 servings (1 Serving = 1/2 cup) of dark greens daily
  • Consume 4 servings of fully cooked beans daily
  • All carbohydrates you consume must have CARB:FIBER Ratio 5:1 or less
  • Fat content in the food should be no more than 10%
  • Sleep 7 hours at night daily; No more; No less
