Directions

  • Walk 4 miles a day OR exercise for 1 hour every day upon waking up each morning before you consume any food.
  • Avoid All Animal Products
  • Mix the following mixture throughly and drink every morning. If you wish, you can reduce the ingredients in half and consume it twice a day (i.e. before breakfast and supper)
  • Do the pre meal routine before each meal
  • Consume at least 3 cups of col water brewed green tea grown in Japan (i.e. low lead levels)
  • Consume a total of 4 quarts/liters of water daily (minimum 3 quarts/liters)
  • Do not consume any food after 7 PM until the following morning.
  • Sleep 7 hours each night
  • Weigh yourself twice a day

Drink Mixture

Ingredients

  • 6 tsp of freshly ground flax
  • 2 tsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Red Cayenne Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder*
  • 1/16 tsp Black Pepper Powder*
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Amla Powder (Asian Indian Gooseberry)*
  • 4 oz Low Sodium Tomato Juice (Add more if needed)

Steps

  • Mix the following mixture throughly and drink every morning.

Pre-Meal Routine

Ingredients

  • 2 glasses of water
  • 2 tsp diluted vinegar
  • Eat salad with dark greens, drink “hot” vegetable soup with no animal products or Eat a ripe tomato

Steps

  • Drink 2 glasses of water
  • Eat salad with dark greens and/or drink “hot” vegetable soup with no animal products OR Eat a ripe tomato
  • Consume 2 tsp diluted vinegar
  • Eat slowly (i.e. meal should be consumed over a period of at least 20 minutes)
