1 Medium Onion1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds (Whole)1 Packet Baby Lima Beans (frozen)1 Tablespoon Unsweetened coconut flakesSalt To tasteVegetable oil as needed

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a dry saucepan.Add mustard seeds into the oil and immediately cover the saucepan!As soon as the mustard seeds start to pop, turn off the heat so the mustard seeds do not burn!!Add the chopped onion and saute it for a few minutes.Add the frozen Baby Lima beans and cook until it is barely done. Cook only for a few minutes. DO NOT OVER COOK.Add salt to taste.Just before serving, sprinkle the coconut flakes on the cooked Baby Lima Beans.
