Tomato Soup: The Quick Version

May freeze left over soup.

Yields: 6-10

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp “The Chelliah Health Mixture” of spices
  • 1 Bottle Wal-Mart “Great Value” Tomato Basil Garlic Pasta Sauce
  • 1 Bottle Wal-Mart “Great Value” Low Salt (Low Sodium) Vegetable Juice
  • 5 Drops “Supreme Tradition” “Chicken Wing Sauce” sold in Dollar store for $1
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Salt to Taste

Directions

  • Heat Sauce Pan on Medium heat and add 1 tsp oil
  • Add 1 Tablespoon of The Chelliah Health Mixture of spices and cook for 30 seconds (“blooming the spices”)
  • Add the Tomato Basil Garlic Pasta sauce and the low salt vegetable juice
  • Bring it to simmer
  • Add the 5 drops of Chicken wing sauce
  • If needed add salt to taste
